Producer. Collaborator. Communications specialist.
Let’s create something together.
I’m interested in the ways stories connect across lived experiences. I’m passionate about representation and intersectionality of marginalized groups (including women, people of color, queer communities), popular culture, education, and the arts. I bring creativity, enthusiasm, and top-notch interpersonal skills to every project.
Originally from Waterbury, CT, I received a bachelor’s degree in film studies from Smith College. I spent two years teaching English in Japan through the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program. I’ve worked in education and media production since 2005 and in last December, I completed a master’s in media studies with a certificate in media management from The New School in New York City.
I currently reside in Brooklyn where I recharge by listening to podcasts and completing elaborate adult coloring book pages.
